It is also relevant to potential customers of our business and enterprise products.

1. Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access

When you enroll in a course or other content, you are granted a license by us to view it exclusively through the iTech Preneur Services, and no other use is permitted. Attempting to transfer or resell the content in any manner is strictly prohibited.

Typically, we provide you with a lifetime access license; however, there may be instances where we must disable the content due to legal or policy reasons or for enrollments via Subscription Plans. In such cases, access may be restricted or terminated as deemed necessary by iTech Preneur.

This license is non-transferable and is solely for your personal use in accordance with the terms outlined herein. Any violation of these terms may result in the revocation of your access without further notice.

2. Payments and Refunds

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with your content, iTech Preneur offers a 1-day refund or credit for most content purchases.

2.1 Refund Policy:
1. A customer can ask for a refund only within 24 hours of the purchase.
2. No Refund shall be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the iTech Preneur website or through the affiliate link of the person who referred him to the iTech Preneur website after 24 Hours of purchase, under any circumstances.
3. No refund shall be given to any customer for any upgraded package of iTech Preneur, under any circumstances.
4. A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee @5% of the paid amount shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
 

3. iTech Preneur Affiliate Policy

a. Poaching and Harassment: If found poaching or approaching our affiliates into other affiliate marketing companies, or engaging in harassment of affiliates, you will no longer be eligible for our affiliate marketing program. However, you will still have access to our courses.

b. Ethical Business Practices: Affiliates must adhere to the highest standards of honesty and integrity in the iTech Preneur Business. Using unethical methods to grow your business may lead to ineligibility for the affiliate marketing program, while access to courses will still be granted.

c. Accurate Representation: Affiliates must accurately and honestly present the Company's marketing plan, avoiding misleading or deceptive recruiting practices. Negative remarks about the Company, its products, or individuals are strictly prohibited.

d. Use of Company Resources: Affiliates shall not use the Company's resources, including Intellectual Property, to promote interests other than the Company's. Respect for the Company and the affiliate marketing business is expected.

e. Customer Satisfaction: Affiliates must ensure customer and fellow affiliate satisfaction with the Company's products and services.

f. Compliance: Affiliates are required to abide by iTech Preneur Affiliator's Rules and Regulations at all times.

g. Fraudulent Acts: Affiliates must refrain from any fraudulent acts that may harm the Company or fellow affiliates.

h. Promo Code Sharing: Providing one’s promo code to the prospects of other affiliates is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the affiliate marketing program.

i. Discounts and Payments: Offering unauthorized discounts or accepting excess payments for courses is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification and legal action for fraudulent conduct.

j. Trade Practices: Affiliates must avoid misleading, deceptive, and unfair trade practices.

k. Data Protection: Affiliates must take steps to protect private information provided by consumers.

4. Communications

By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and other information. You may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe link or emailing us at support@itechpreneurs.com

5. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service through the Service, you may be asked to provide relevant information. You represent and warrant that the information provided is true, correct, and complete. We may use third-party services for payment, subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, along with its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of iTech Preneur and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign countries. Unauthorized use of our trademarks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from iTech Preneur.

We uphold the intellectual property rights of others and respond to claims of copyright infringement on the Service. If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that content on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit your claim via email to support@itechpreneurs.com, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement.” Include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged infringement, following the guidelines provided under “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims” below.

You will be held accountable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, for any misrepresentation or bad-faith claims regarding the infringement of content on the Service under your copyright.

8. DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information in writing:

9. Additionally, you agree not to:

• 1. Utilize the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time 

• activities through the Service.

• 2. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.

• 3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

• 4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.

• 5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

• 6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

• 7. Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

• 8. Take any action that may damage or falsify the Company rating.

• 9. Otherwise, attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

10. Analytics
We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.

11. Accounts

To engage in most activities on our platform, you are required to have an account. It is imperative to keep your password secure, as you are responsible for all activities associated with your account. In the event that you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please promptly inform our Support Team.

Usage of iTech Preneur requires that you have reached the age of consent for online services in your country. It is essential to comply with the legal age requirements to use our platform.

11.1 Account Responsibility

To engage in various platform activities, including content purchase, access, or submission for publication, an account is essential. During the setup and maintenance of your account, it is crucial to provide and maintain accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You bear complete responsibility for your account, and any activity occurring on it, including any harm or damage caused by unauthorized use.

Ensure the security of your password and refrain from transferring your account to others or using someone else’s account. If you seek account access, you must provide the necessary information to prove ownership. In the unfortunate event of a user's death, the account will be closed.

11.2 Account Security and Dispute Resolution

Sharing your account login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. You are accountable for all activities associated with your account, and iTech Preneur will not mediate in disputes between students or instructors who have shared account login details.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, it is your responsibility to promptly notify us by contacting our Support Team. To verify ownership, we may request information from you. Immediate notification is crucial to maintaining the security of your account.
